I set up Brand Aid Limited in 2001 to assist small businesses in the food, drink and consumer goods industries. My work centred on supporting these businesses to build their marketing competencies to drive their company's commercial success.

CB'a Design was established in 1982 by Louis Collinet. Part of the WPP group operating internationally. CB'a's work includes brand identity, packaging & experiential. My role involved managing the Nestle & PepsiCo business in the UK.

Part of WPP. Sales, £12M in ‘01. The business was run by 5 Shareholder/Directors and comprised three brands engaged in corporate branding, consumer products' design and TV commercials production. Development of future strategy and profitable growth of the overall business on behalf of the Shareholders. Reported to the Chairman. Managed marketing and sale.

Part of GrandMet Foods. Häagen-Dazs was one of 4 European brands managed from ParisStrategic development for the brand in 14 countries (£100m sales) with functional accountability for Pan-European communications, new product development, packaging and Shop marketing. Co-ordinated Pan European strategy, new Brand Essence development plus the Award winning.

Callitheke, as IDV’s (Now Diageo) non-alcoholic arm, successfully pioneered a new category in the UK drinks market of “Adult Soft Drinks”. In 2003, the business was sold to Britvic for £20m.Grew the business from scratch in the UK and expanded its development into Asia (Japan and Hong Kong) and North America to achieve a £15M turnover, achieving budget.
