As well as for our agents to gain access to our Underwriting software and online billing software.Marketing Emails/Campaigns (eTrigue):Assisted in the generation of marketing emails and building desired campaigns for distribution. Including tracking campaign progress and managing mailing lists for said campaigns.Webinar Administrator (WebEx):Responsible for initial setup of WebEx with PacificComp and setting up monthly webinars for agents and policyholders. Moderated live webinars as well as helped with recording webinars for later use. Managed the webinars from initial setup/invites to closing survey results.On Site Facilities Manager:Responsible for handling any facilities issues for the Westlake office. May that be a broken sink, broken chair, electrical issues, refrigerator breaking, etc. Duties involve fixing situations that I am capable of (skilled in general handyman capabilities) or reaching out to a third party for repairs.Help desk calls/emails:Answering customer service and technical support/help desk calls from agents and policyholders. Handled all incoming and outgoing mail. Managed the supply room and everything inside. Kept records of items being removed from storage for use and when new shipments arrived. Ordered supplies when needed. Whatever else the company needed from me.
