I have spent over 20 years in the mortgage business and love all aspects of a transaction. From the macro financial environment that drives rates, down to the local real estate market that provides shelter for every one of us; I am always learning and analyzing where we are at in the current season. Numbers have been a base attraction for me and Excel a second language to understand the metrics of our business’. I love helping homeowners with options and solutions to accomplish homeownership and beyond. I always learn a little something from every client. In the end, it is the relationships that matter the most to me. I love helping other originators, builders, and agents grow their business. Through technology, marketing and conversion. Building those relationships is my most valued and highest why in a professional sense. I would love to grab a beverage or brunch with you and talk about your goals and motivations.On a daily you can catch me hiking, skiing or exercising outside for some part of the day. I deem the outdoors a priority, oh and eating. I value nothing more than enjoying a dinner with those that I love. I have been married to my bride now, coming up on 30 years. I love her and what she means to me. Together, we have raised four children and have been a part of their continued growth with two daughter-in-laws now. As a family, we all love to travel and view it as a current need – not putting it off until later.
