With over 8 years of diverse experience including employment services, education, as well as entrepreneurship, I have knowledge and experience working with groups and individuals from diverse populations with developing their skills, securing employment as well as undergo career changes. In terms of the clientele served I've worked with students, multi-barriered youth, newcomers/Internationally Trained Professionals and Second Career candidates.Working with a variety organizations such as TCET, Toronto Employment & Social Services, and the University of Guelph-Humber's Career Centre; I have developed expertise in career development, facilitation and employer engagement while staying up-to-date on labour market trends, in-demad skills and hiring practices. Not only do I provide employment support but I always ensure to provide support and resources for individual psychosocial needs to ensure positive transitions and better retention outcomes. As I continue to develop professionally within employment services, my passion is to support employers with attracting new talent while supporting professionals and students in their transitions into fulfilling careers. Whether it's through engaging and interactive group workshops or individualized one-on-one support, I always provide services with modern approach which incorporates relevant content, technology, professionalism and little bit of humour.
