I was responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety according to the companies expectations. Developed new deposit and loan business by providing a superior level of customer service that promoted the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Provided leadership, training, and delegated day to day operations to the branch employees. I was responsible for attaining established bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management.

My main focus is on operations excellence in the branch. It is my responsibility to ensure we are increasing sales while also providing a great customer and employee experience. I coach and manage the branch staff according to the constantly changing environment we work in.

As a personal banker I worked to create and deepen relationships with customers to increase their banking experience. I was fully knowledgeable in recommending products that would fit the needs of each customer I worked with.
