Advance corporate priorities in alignment with the CEO’s vision, acting as a project leader for strategic initiatives in a highly collaborative and cross-functional, multi-level environment.Manage one-time and recurring projects, meetings, activities, and initiatives related to our corporate strategy and CEO Office, from development through successful execution and follow-through; taking ownership, identifying and filling gaps, all with minimal tactical oversight - drive to completionConserve the CEO’s time by proactively reading, researching, collecting and analyzing informationWork closely with executive colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach toward launch of key initiativesEffectively drive alignment and understanding across seven companies through efficient communication that reduces ambiguity for allPlan and coordinate various team meetings & events - support quarterly board meetings, weekly sales report generation and presentation documents Committee meetings and various team planning sessions. Help complete priority items for the CEO on tight timelines to an appropriate level of quality; ranging from strategic memos to presentation decks to emailsExpand the capacity of the CEO to be in many places at once by building relationships and trust with his key people inside and outside Burns & Scalo in a way consistent with our values and commitment to serviceResearch, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or responseMaximize CEO efficiency by proactively proposing and building out scalable systems and processes to support organizational growthIncrease bandwidth for the CEO by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities, creating an extra layer of accountabilityRecognize operational weaknesses and help sharpen processes or develop new ones
