Whatever can make my brain light up; it's about learning new skills and new ways to implement them. I am a tenacious MacGyver in my work ethic. Every goal is attainable. Everything is fixable. The fastest way to get me diving into a task is to tell me, “You can’t do that!” Wanna bet? Watch me. Until I am directed to quit, I won’t. I agree with the phrase that “Winners do things losers don't want to do.” They also hold themselves accountable, aligning themselves with those whose opinions are valued and can be a partnership in their success. I am a funky problem solver and an amenable people person with a penchant for upbeat humor when appropriate - and resolute grit when demanded. Also being a voracious learner that thrives on being pressed with deadlines, all while having my work being accurate act as not just a requirement, but an expectation of my superiors, pushes me to work smarter, faster... with more precision. My love of teamwork and having a construction “work family” actually is what gets me through my front door every workday morning. Construction is in my blood. I grew up in it. I love it. When I'm not at work, I'm definitely thinking about my projects and the next steps needed to make them shine. All that being said, eventually, I'd like to see myself being a part of a team that would be a contender for recognition by the Associated Builders and Contractors for one of their Excellence in Construction Awards.
