As Student Coordinator, I act as the first point of contact for new employees. I am in charge of the entire hiring process from the initial application all the way through the orientation and scheduling of their shifts. I am also in charge of answering any questions our associates may have about any aspect of our operation. I am responsible for any where.

As a Student Supervisor, my responsibilities are centered around the Student Associates that work with me. My main responsibility is to ensure that these Associates are familiar with the work environment and that they know how to perform the tasks that are required of them. A shift begins with work assignments, where I place students in different service.

As a Process Guide my main responsibility was to ensure that the associates understood the processes of my department. Answering questions, keeping the flow of working moving, and allocating the labor force were key areas that I focused on. I was in constant communication with Area Managers in order to relay messages from them to the associates so everyone.
