Nine years of coding experience and Ten years of leadership, a Bachelors in Computer Science, Technical Lead at Blue Shield of California, and ready for something new.I understand Agile methodologies and have led hundreds of meetings. I have over ten years experience leading small groups through obstacles and handling communication difficulties. At Blue Shield, my job as Senior Application Developer and Tech Lead of my team was to write and maintain a data pipeline to external parties. This required daily use of SQL, data transforming tools, the C languages, communication within and between small teams, understanding and writing of technical documents, and being responsible for code that I and others have written. Outside of my work experience, I have learnt Python, Javascript, HTML, and Java. Because I believe in continuous learning, I am currently experimenting with AI technologies, such as Deep Learning and Stable Diffusion. From my previous work I am familiar with medical practices and jargon, but I am more than willing to branch to different industries. I have strong professional beliefs in automated testing, focus on ease of maintenance, and making life easier for my team. I have a good head for logic and numbers, am good at finding unique solutions, and am willing to learn new things and work with new people.
