Started in 1994 and worked as a commisioned computer aided drafter converting legacy government documents and blueprints into smart digital data. Was promoted in 1996 to Quality Control and started managing a small department of data entry personnel. Also, at this time was the liaison between production and engineering, providing feedback to engineering on software which would increase productivity. in 1998, promoted to production manager, overseeing as many as 50 employees on the production side of the business. Overseeing projects, performing QC and interacting with customers were integral tasks as well. in 1999, promoted to Site Manager tasked with opening a new office at a remote location. Worked with city officials of Bremerton to obtain office space and upgrade insufficient Internet access infrastructure in downtown core, which was largely vacant at the time. Hired a workforce of 120 employees and handled personnel/staffing issues, payroll, project management, facilites management, quality control, IT duties and engineering duties.
