Executive Director of brand new 29 bed Assisted Living facility in South Salt Lake.Responsible for opening and filling with quality staff and residents.Coordination and monitoring of construction, advertising, residents care, activities, mental and social health.Oversee assessments and service plans for current and future residents to ensure all needs are met.Manage R.N., C.N.A, home health, hospice, therapy, dietary, and environmental personnel.Work closely with the State Department of Health to ensure ongoing compliance with all state and federal regulations.Coordinate with outside services; physicians, physical therapists, occupation therapists, home health and hospice to ensure continuum of care for all residents. Adhere to monthly and annual financial and operating requirements.Understanding of long-term care insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
