As Warehouse Manager, my roles included:-Organized over 700 SKUs in a large warehouse. -Responsible for item quantities and re-orders, using Quickbooks Online to receive invoices and create purchase orders.-Managed industry specific programs (Seven Fifty and Vinosmith) to update the sales team and increase efficiency in the ordering process.-Created the company website using Squarespace, and created original copy which promoted our products as well as the accounts that carried them. -Managed social media via weekly Mailchimp campaigns and daily Instagram updates.-Responsible for pulling the daily orders and loading the delivery van, occasionally driving as well.

It is perhaps the only bottle shop in the city that has elevated its reputation to that of a tourist destination for foodies.-Improved my already extensive product knowledge by adding concepts of natural, organic and biodynamic winemaking.-Hosted informative tastings on products I loved.-Contributed photography and text to the store’s blog and social media.

-Assisted the head winemaker and primary cellarhand during the 2016 harvest in the production of red and white wine.-Maintained a pristine level of cleanliness and care while using various small and heavy machinery during production including electric and compressed air pumps, grape destemmer and wine press, sorting table with elevator, forklift, barrel washers, digital refractometer and pH reader.-Measured and distributed necessary chemical additions throughout the fermentation process

Miss Dot's was a healthy eating startup with a mission to help older individuals navigate the complex and confusing worlds of nutritional advice and healthy living. Following Miss Dot's success losing 100 pounds using a high protein/low carb regimen, she envisioned leading a community to help other people like herself make the difficult transition to living healthy. -Created the company website using WordPress templates.-Managed all web content, including copy, photography, social media, recipes, link aggregation and guest blog posts.-Created my own recipes using strict dietary limits.-Produced food photography that was featured on Food Gawker and Paleo Magazine.

This is SIUC's student-run newspaper, covering a wide range of topics including campus and city issues, Saluki sports and local entertainment. As a photographer, I was responsible for meeting and photographing new community members on a daily basis while reporting on important issues in the student and city communities. Notable work I contributed:-Accompanied SIUC's President as he lobbied Springfield politicians on behalf of the school.-Photographed "Arch Madness" finals at Scottrade Center.-Photographed B.B. King and the Blue Man Group.-Contributed to local interest stories including a behind-the-scenes look at rodeo riders, and I wrote and photographed an in-depth piece on local medieval LARPers.
