OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING- Expertly organized and analyzed large-scale surveys conducted by BYU to the entire student body, and produced comprehensive yearly reports for distribution to various university departments.- Proficiently utilized Qualtrics and Qualtrics Reports software to streamline data management processes, ensuring efficient data collection, organization, and reporting. Additionally, contributed to the improvement of survey question clarity and accuracy through thorough data cleaning and analysis.- Skillfully employed Tableau to craft dynamic visualizations and interactive dashboards, facilitating real-time monitoring of incoming survey data and enhancing result visibility.

- Worked with a team that receives a wide variety of product. I was required to learn a lot of new skills in electronic and computer testing and had to be adaptable to research new incoming product. - Utilized Google Sheets and Excel for product tracking and accounting. Also utilized Slack for workplace communication.- Balanced a 26-hour work week with full-time studies. Excellent attendance for shifts.

- Ensured that BYU facilities in the Richards Building and Smith Fieldhouse were functional and accessible to students. - Worked in teams to coordinate event setup, Honor Code enforcement, and student participation. - Balanced 20 hours of work hours with full-time study.

- Researched nutritional aid program policies and how the implementation of a work requirement would affect participants. - Organized and participated in discussions with state agencies regarding their experience with implementing a work requirement in accordance with SNAP and E&T programs. Held meetings with state departments from Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. - Formed policy recommendations and presented them to the director of Puerto Rico’s Department of Family Affairs.- Worked on a team with project directors and economists within the FOMB as well as researchers from independent think-tank Ernst & Young.

- Analyzed political articles to find partisan bias and leanings. - Participated in political dialogue to determine bias in media. - Operated office platforms such as Nifty and Google Sheets.

- Sorted and organized outbound Amazon products to be shipped and stowed. - Required special attention to detail and productivity. - Maintained 40+ hour work week while taking 15 credits of online school.
