Coordinates field and lab tests to ensure all program deliverables are met. Interface with the engineering to ensure alignment with schedule, and budget for current product and future product projects. Reliability supervisor for Planter, Tillage and Air Seeding product lines.

- Air Seeding equipment testProvide supervision to a team of engineers and develop timelines, priorities for all PV&V activities. - Planter seed meters, seed meter drive, seed placement, planter row unit, and Air seeding row unit part development.- Plans, coordinates, performs product design for a complete project for a significant portion of a major and diverse project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. -Implement improvements on current products to help performance, durability, and customer satisfaction.-Support customer support on customer field issues for quick problem resolution.

- Planter seed meters, planter row unit, and Air seeding row unit part development.- Support continuous improfment factory team and initiatives to improve safety, delivery, efficiency, and quality on the production line. Look at manufacturing assembling concerns to determine possible design improvements. -Implement improvements on current products to help performance, durability, and customer satisfaction.-Support customer support on customer field issues for quick problem resolution.-Evaluate supplier change requests to parts for cost reductions and/or improved processing.

-Performed benchmarking, and cost analysis on designs with cross-functional teams on one of our product lines-Determine bill of materials for new option offering and changes required to current product.-Ordered test parts from global supplier-Define and coordintate testing activities and failure criteria.
