After proving I could fulfil my role at a high standard, I was inducted onto the supervisor program at Starbucks and began training straight away. I have developed my leadership skills tenfold and on a typical day will manage the activities of up to 4 other partners whilst completing my own tasks. I am a confident leader with excellent rapport skills and have a positive relationship with my team. Our store dynamics means we consistently meet and exceed target set by the company.Other key parts of my role include money management, understanding of various computer systems and customer service.As a part of my training I completed a "Level 3 First Aid" and a Food Safety course.

Progressing on from a barista position to a black-aproned Coffee Master was a key moment in my Starbucks career so far. Upon being recognised for my drive and passion for coffee I was asked to participate in the annual Starbucks inter-district Barista Championships. After this event I pursued even more training and began studying to become a Coffee Master. Those who are Coffee Masters show higher knowledge about a wide range of Starbucks processes and products. The journey from the ground to our cups and more. We are responsible for standards across machinery, brewing equipment and beverage standards. Later the same year I became my stores representative for our district and have since been training my own Coffee Masters and re-certifying others. I continue to participate in district discussions about various topics including projections, targets and upcoming promotions.Additionally in March 2020 I completed a Barista Trainer qualification as part of this role.

I began as a Barista with Starbucks during college. I have been with the company for approximately 5 years and have developed a wide range of skills. I have worked in a range of stores with both the company and other respective Starbucks franchises. Classic roles include making excellent whole bean and beverage products for consumers and becoming an adept customer service representative. I have also learned a range of interpersonal skills as well as becoming confident in responding well to a range of scenarios and environments.

Post completion of my Foundation in Art/Design I interviewed at various universities before I chose to study at Kingston School of Art (A campus within Kingston University)I have become adept in a range of process and mediums including sculpture, painting, film and print-making. I often respond to inspiration using a fusion of all of these processes and consider exploring any work in a variety of way.As part of my course I have created a range of research and exploration into media. Worked on a series of critical writings including my upcoming dissertation. I have worked closely with my peers and tutors to consistently work at a high standard.As a creative I am adaptive. I can work well in a variety of roles and practices and will complete briefs to the highest standards.
