Provide an enhanced customer service experience to a diverse population of stakeholders of the CNS Student Division, non-academic counselors and the Center for First-Year Advising, with a primary focus on creating an inclusive environment while aiding students, explaining and enforcing policies and procedures, and provide resources and College information to current students. Oversee processing of University and College forms; maintain conference rooms, supply and storage rooms; provide administrative support as needed to advisors and counselors.Provide administrative support for the transfer student program including; creating and tracking budgets, website development, coordinating registration and course reservation system for transfer students, planning events, and reserving spaces for meetings. oversee administrative functions of transfer orientation. Assist with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of student assistants. Oversee all student worker activities and responsibilities while ensuring a welcoming environment to the diverse student population in CNS. Assist with logistics and coordination of summer orientation, Gone to Natural Sciences, and other events. Chair of BeWell committee, coordinate meetings for members of the BeWell committee, help plan and execute events, develop and maintain· website, and attend Wellness Champion meetings to bring new ideas to the CNS department.

Process approximately 30-50 guest arrivals per day, including all necessary payment and documentation.Promote a welcoming and positive experience for guests answering inquiries regarding the hotel, the city, and the experiences in the area. Improve property management functionality by submitting recommendations based on customer need and overall property aesthetic and function.

Oversaw 54 residents living in Humphreys Hall in order to promote a safe and community centered living environment shaped to develop personal and academic success. Collaborated with a team of 15 resident assistants to generate programs and establish a safe and strong community within the residence hall.Established and refine leadership skills and qualities by working with other resident assistants, residents, professional staff and fellow students.

Exhibited a welcoming and positive attitude to over one-thousand prospective students and guests per day visiting the University of Arkansas. Served as a positive role model and ambassador to approximately 6,000 incoming freshmen in order to establish a positive college experience.Communicated with a team of six senior mentors, 54 orientation mentors, and six professional staff members to provide an effective new student orientation experience.
