During my time with KAP I tracked an average of 2.5 million in daily spending for the Delek Refinery plant wide turnaround. I also reviewed and logged invoices, assisted in reviewing contractor timesheets, reviewed material invoices to look for inconsistencies. Helped in categorizing expenses into direct labor, indirect labor, material, equipment, and other cost.

As District Director for Representative Stephenson I oversaw the scheduling of events, attended and conducted meetings with local agencies and constituents, as well as handling issues facing constituents and the district. I acted as a liaison between constituents and state agencies. I attended meetings and events either with the Representative or on his behalf.

As legislative aide I assisted in the analysis of proposed legislation and the estimation of their fiscal impacts. Mainly, focusing on key issues such as teacher pensions and other public retirement programs.

As senior intern for the congressional office I oversaw a total of four other interns as we prepared a sixty-page report to be passed on to the next incoming representative. My responsibilities included scheduling, the delegation of tasks, final edits of the report along with working as project manager.
