My Project management responsibilities include supervision of engineering design and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, and coordinating with clients, agencies and contractors regarding project design to keep the project on schedule and on budget. I have helped clients obtain project approvals and permits from agencies such as Caltrans, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, the Department of Fish and Game, the Army Corps of Engineers and the Division of the State Architect among others.As Senior Engineer, my design capabilities include hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water, sewer and storm drain design, pavement rehabilitation design, retaining wall design, street and highway design, site planning and land development.
