Patent is currently in the application process for  Led design for implementing new apex component standards globally. Utilized lean process to reduce number of plant components by 80%. Developed new User Design Function and managed implementation into CATIA V5 with the new standard and re-defined corporate global tolerances to align with plant capabilities. Obtained 6-month plan approval from corporate management to implement standards in NA and Latin America plants. Served as key NA Representative for global standards for consumer tires, including dealing with engineers from Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Worked as a cross-functional engineer and dealt with associates from the plant floor to regional directors. Directed mold plant transfers from China to Malaysia and Indonesia for Goodyear’s outsourced bias tires. Developed and managed timeline and priority schedule, which kept program under budget. Developed standard procedure documentation that Goodyear currently utilizes for mold transfers in the Asia-Pacific region. Collaborated in the development of Goodyear’s Standards Creation Process (SCP), which is a 6 tier stage-gate process that brings the ideation of a new standard through implementation.
