Perform data migrations of customers data from their source locations to a final destination. During this process, help to clean, organize, and modify the data to get their data in the system as the customer desires.Create custom toolsets and utilities for customers to add automation to their specific processes.- Migrate customer’s data from their current source location into SolidWorks PDM (Vault software)-- Performing data migrations on a customer’s system within a process-- Migrations were typically after-hours- Manage customer expectations during length of projects- Deploy data migrations in a timely manner that suits the customer’s needs vs. all other customers- Constant communication with customer giving them:-- Status of their projects-- Advise on how to configure their system to maintain or improve on existing processes/procedures-- Helping to make procedure adjustments that allow for a more streamlined and efficient process- Conduct training for the customer to ensure they know how to properly utilize their data pre and post-migration- Create custom toolsets for customers with specific needs utilizing Microsoft C# and the SolidWorks API- Maintain toolsets that I created for customers- Manage several IT systems in order to manage products and data migrations- Working with database systems/designs in Microsoft SQL (utilizing TSQL language)

- To highlight the power of SolidWorks 3D CAD to potential customers through the use of award winning demo techniques.- Train new and existing customer on any new updates the software has from year to year- Train new customers on how to use the software through classes that range from 3 – 5 days in length.- Handle and support any and all customer technical issues within my territory.- Hold seminars for potential new users to demonstrate how and why SolidWorks 3D CAD would help benefit their companies.- Perform any and all consulting asked for by our customers.- Implement Enterprise PDM (a Product Data Management tool) on customer sites while simultaneously training the end users on how to administer and use the software.

- Create presentations on how to use and install Condensate Removal traps for air systems- Create new system designs per customer by working with the customer and establishing their needs- Manage work orders as they come in- Perform remote or on-site technical assistance with the product- Help develop marketing literature for the product
