Excited about using my skills from my Labs at UCF to make a meaningful impact in the field.📚 Education:University of Central Florida (UCF)Bachelor of Science in Optics and Photonics EngineeringExpected Graduation: December 2026🌟 Certification and High School Experience:High School CAD:Mastercam Certification (On Hold)Used Mastercam for 3 years in engineering, becoming familiar with the program and working towards certification.Despite a switch to Fusion 360 by the school, possess strong capabilities in both equally and can adapt easily to new CAD programs.🚀 Engineering Experience:Engineering Classes:Engaged in 7 engineering classes, including one supported by Luminar. Gained comprehensive insights into the practical applications of optics and photonics such as linear circuits and design. Successfully earned proficiency in Geometric Optics using industry-standard tools like Zemax by Ansys. Also, learned proficient Python from Intro. to Numerical Computing and probability/statics in engineering. Learning Linear circuits and learning wave properties of light and how it can be used.Engineering at jobs:Engineering intern at Orange County Government. Use Python, JavaScript, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to complete tasks. Optimize data analysis of Excel sheets of 852 wastewater pump stations using VBA and reviewing CAD gravity models.💡 Skills:Technical Skills:● Laser Alignment using Lens and Mirrors, Laser Experiment Setup, Lab Safety (Laser safety), experienced with reading gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) data.● CAD Programs: Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360.● Using Fiber Optics, Circuit Boards, Soldering. Software Proficiency:● Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.● Python (NumPy/Matplotlib), MATLAB.● Programs: Arduino, ZEMAX🌐 Future Goals:Eager to continue learning and expanding my skill set as I progress through my academic journey.
