I have had vast experiences in business - owner & director of an I.T. services company in Seattle, consulting studio executives in Los Angeles on film production budgets; Chief Editor and Publishing Director of a mid-1990's internet magazine in Sydney, Australia, property development in the Pacific Northwest, all of my roles have involved budgeting, accounting, and financial planning - integrated with marketing, H.R., I.T.; leading a team or working solo.Immersed in complex business situations, I quickly developed my critical thinking, problem-solving, ingenuity, and analytical skills. Often I am presented with a project and the desired result and must navigate a clear and definable path, documenting procedures and achieving milestones to integrate departments, streamline logistics, or redefine corporate culture, usually on a timeline which is behind schedule and over budget before I arrived.I am from Southwest Michigan, born and raised, but after high school I seized the opportunity to attend college in Amsterdam, the Netherlands at the Hogeschool Holland, continuing on to the University of Wolverhampton, in England. After completing two bachelor's degrees in European Business Administration (one in accounting and one in marketing) I spend three years in Sydney, Australia gaining my first experiences working in my chosen fields. I continue to enjoy traveling, languages and experiencing other cultures.Today I am in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
