Responsible for inspecting customer fares on DART rail system to ensure customers are riding with valid passes, responds with enforcement action when appropriate, and deals with customers that may potentially become rude, uncooperative or defensive.

Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related to computer hardware, software, internet access, and peripheral equipment. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Work with Cisco switches and routers as well as run internet and phone lines across the convention center.

El Paso, Texas

Supervise, install, and operate on IP based high speed electronic systems; associated multiplexing and transit cased subscriber interface equipment; communications security devices; and other equipment associated with network operations. Perform network management functions in support of maintaining, troubleshooting and re-engineering of nodal assets as needed. Use computers and software tools to perform system/network operations. Interpret system and equipment error codes to correct system faults.
