My name is Brandon Johnson, and I am a father, husband, and the 57th Mayor of the City of Chicago. I was sworn-in on May 15, 2023 to serve the greatest city in the world.After working as a Chicago Public Schools teacher at Jenner Elementary and Westinghouse College Prep, I was elected to serve as the Cook County Commissioner of the 1st District, which covers parts of Chicago's West Side and Cook County's West Suburbs.
