I was a working shop foreman that overseen an average of 20 people. I made sure that we met our daily quotas and strict field deadlines on PDC drill bits. This consisted of several processes including cost evaluation , non destructive testing , machining ,high temp brazing, final quality assessment , and shipping and receiving. I helped with inventory control, usage, and ordering. Performed weekly production and employee progress presentations.

I was instrumental in the the proper training of SSEs in all processes of PDC drill bit repair. Performed quality assessments and audits on processes. Maintained our outstanding HSE record which was a result in the 5s and Lean Manufacturing training we recieved. I kept communication between the shifts to ensure proper LOTO , production deadlines ,cleaning duties and preventative maintenance were all kept up.
