IWS houses and supplies beer cans and bottles to the local Miller Coors Brewery.Daily duties and responsibilities include: • Communicate directly with the Miller Coors in regards to each day’s orders.• Coordinate and oversee the processing of each day’s orders and ensure that they are prepped and ready for loading and distribution. • Maintain constant communication with Miller Coors each day to ensure that each and every order is received at their Brewery in a timely fashion and to their satisfaction.• Supervisor of 8 forklift operators/scanners.• Receive glass from 8 O-I outside warehouses • Special note:• On average, 30-40 orders are received from Miller Coors on a daily basis.• Each order typically contains 250,000 cans and bottles

Off field Administrative duties include: • Collaborate with head Coaches and Athletic Director to assist in the scheduling games for each upcoming season • Work with Booster Club members on fund raising and budgeting for each team and upcoming season.• Collaborate and develop relationships with teachers and parents to ensure that each player behaves like a young gentleman, on and off the field, and performs to the best of his ability, academically speaking.On field baseball coaching duties include but are not limited to:• Collaborate with the Head Coach on daily practice plans and assist in their implementation.• Work with all position players, including pitchers and catchers, in all areas of baseball.• Primary day-to-day duties are working with infielders and hitters.• Identify the strengths and weaknesses in each player and work with them on a daily basis to improve in both areas. • Emphasize the importance of, and teach each player, the mental side of baseball.• Work closely with the Head Coach on game strategies, lineups, pitching rotations, etc. before, during and after each game.On field football coaching duties include but are not limited to:• Collaborate with the Head Coach on daily practice plans and assist in their implementation.• Primary day-to-day duties are working with defensive line men.• Dissect game film of opponent weekly.• Identify the strengths and weaknesses in each player and work with them on a daily basis to improve in both areas.

H&L Distributors supplies and distributes various types of meats to grocery stores and restaurants throughout Georgia, Alabama and North Florida.Daily duties and responsibilities included: • Establish and maintain communication with all new and existing clientele• Ensure that our products and customer service meet and hopefully even exceed the expectations of our clientele.• Communicate with upper level management regarding day to day in house activity and client communications.• Ensure that standards and protocol, established by upper level management, are met on a daily basis.• Document and process necessary paperwork with each order• Sort, organize and prep all outgoing product orders for distribution • Ensure that all incoming and outgoing orders are loaded and unloaded safely, properly and, most importantly, cleanly.• Inspect and ensure that all product storage containers are clean and organized at all times.
