• Answer 90-130 daily phone calls from the US and Canada pertaining to warranties, product inquires, over-the-phone orders, and account information• Utilize specialized systems such as SAP, Outlook, and others to minimize “aux” time• Serve as the direct customer service contact to 12 Outside Sales representatives which make up over 1,500 US and 350 Canadian accounts • Provide dedicated customer service for high profile and high visibility Callaway strategic accounts such as ProPonent Program, Callaway Junior Staff, and Society of Seniors • Prepare new hires in all aspects of their customer service role as a part of their final stage of training
