While at Snow College I was the President of a Gaming club. I organized the club, filled out the paperwork, and arranged necessary sponsors. I have been a Director for Rope Courses. The purpose of these courses is to develop leadership skills in the participants. I can design, build and run the optimal leadership development courses desired. I lead my crews to excel in all areas to become the best of the best. Whether it is laying hardwood floors, cleaning busses, or training other leaders and groups, of all ages, to excel and succeed in all they do. I have organized, ran, and managed groups from 5 to 15 people. I sustain a high quality of work in all I do and expect my crew to do the same while following both verbal and written directions.
