Used DFMA techniques to ensure design could be made as proficient as possible while remaining at a low cost to manufacture-Assisted plant engineers with PPAP procedures which involved gauging prototype products on a CMM, analyzing CMM report printouts, and inputting data into Minitab to check for machining capability. -Designed and installed multiple tooling aids on machining line assets for improved operation quality and safety purposes.
