Supervises and develops production shift personnel to perform operations according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures, to meet established performance goals by utilizing high integrity and ethical behavior at all times.20-60 direct production personnel in two departments Thermoformers and EcoJackets (Leads, Machine Operator, Packers) Maintenance Technicians, Quality Assurance Technician and Material handlers (Indirectly-reports to another dept but responsible for during night shift)Anticipates and determines the cause of delay in shift operations and takes appropriate action to execute production schedule as planned.Execute production schedule and goals by reviewing daily production schedules. Delegates and assigns task work to meet production schedule and quality specifications.
