Selected for and currently participating in a full-time, DoD Skill Bridge Fellowship with Sales Platoon, Cohort #HH-2024Q1 as a Business Development Specialist, embedded within the Sales Team. Starting with competitive core selection criteria, Sales Platoon identifies high-potential military candidates and then transforms them through an immersive 12 week-boot camp that was specifically designed for the military, by former military veterans with decades of experience developing and growing high performing sales teams, post-service.Sales Platoon Candidates progress through four phases, three certifications, and two months of live client engagements with one mission in mind: to de-risk critical sales hires for front line sales managers and accelerate our graduate’s time to success. Each graduate has been fully onboarded, trained and certified as Account Executives and have demonstrated expertise in the fundamentals of professional sales. Interested companies pre-certify with Sales Platoon and can either direct hire or apply to receive our graduates for sales apprenticeships. This provides a ‘try before you buy’ experience for sales leaders, de-risking critical hires and providing year-round access to high-quality, certified pre-onboarded sales reps.
