Technical solutions expert for the 800MHz Transition Authority (an engagement that manages the reconfiguration of the 800MHz band mandated by the FCC). Served as both lead developer and consultant for all web related initiatives within the project. Responsible for the management, development, and implementation of a Cold Fusion based content management system as well as an ASP.NET based event management system used by the team members to record and report on project specific information. Created process guidelines used by project team to control the flow of information to the public. Worked as a member of the systems solutions team responsible for defining the architecture and implementing the systems used by project team members. Administrator and developer for a project-wide Contact Management System using Microsoft CRM. Responsible for reporting data from a Savvion Business Process Management (BPM) tool used by leadership to track project critical milestones.Technical Project Manager on a large-scale financial system for the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA Division). Duties include business process re-engineering, project management, and technical guidance for entire project.
