As a FC Lead I am responsible for my department and the operations behind it. Making sure our daily quota is reached and that the people within the department are taken care of. During our busiest times we can have a head count of anywhere from 30-45 people.

I had taken a gap in between jobs as I was switching from High School to College. Instacart was a nice job to get into as my way back into the working world. Now I am looking for a more stable job to hold.

At target I was given more responsibilities. I was assigned a specific section that I had to make sure was all in order and fully stocked. When a customer entered my section I made sure they were each greeted and given any assistance if they needed it. This job provided me with a glimpse of what it looked like to be my own boss and the responsibility that it comes with.

This was the first job I have ever had and it taught me what working truly looked like and what effort was needed in order for me to be a good employee.
