I worked with the Ohio University run fitness center, WellWorks, where I created an 80-question post-training comprehension survey through Qualtrics to identify strengths and weaknesses within the program to properly structure a framework for future trainings and maximize long term retention. As a result, new-hire training time was reduced by 75%, from 2 hours to 30 minutes, for an understaffed management group in order to maximize time allocation under budget constraints.

Bobcat Consulting Group is a newly established organization seeking to bridge the educational gap between college and the consulting world. Through this organization, I got to further develop client-facing skills and gain real world knowledge through professional development workshops and networking calls with various consultants from around the US. In my position as Director of Recruitment, I was tasked with creating a standardized document to aid in both current and future recruitment efforts in hopes of increasing and diversifying overall membership. furthermore, I developed a mentor / mentee model to increase interconnectivity and professional development for newly inducted associates within the organization.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to co-develop and send out over 20 Intern Impact Award's which recognized/rewarded individual bankers throughout the region for perfect execution during their presentation calls. Lastly, I successfully completed a 4-week intensive training program and passed the SAFE exam to become a licensed mortgage loan originator.

L. L. Klink & Sons Inc is a construction company that focuses on the niche market of greenhouses. In my role as a construction worker I helped achieve a 20% increase in company production. On average, we constructed / deconstructed one greenhouse per week. I worked on a small team of four, but getting to work directly with the owner taught me a lot about the industry. The job has taught me to adapt to strenuous work environments and enhanced my problem solving skills by making readjustments to structures when needed.

Instacart is a large company that specializes in grocery delivery services. Through my role as a personal shopper, I was considered an independent contractor. As an independent contractor, I was solely in charge of myself which helped me develop strong self and time management skills. I strategically created a plan to help maximize efficiency which enabled me to have a higher volume of jobs per day. In my time at Instacart I achieved a five-star rating due to my interpersonal skills and ability to adjust to changes in customer orders on the spot.

Market District is an upscale grocery store that is owned by Giant Eagle. In my year of working there I served as a cashier and occasionally worked the parking lot when needed. Working as a cashier was an important job for me as it taught me a lot about customer service, and how to handle adversity. On average I worked with 10-12 coworkers per shift. Throughout the year, I was given the responsibly of training three new employees by teaching them all their various job responsibilities. In addition, I was a team player by covering any additional job responsibilities that were needed.

Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that distributes food to elderly citizens with mobility limitations. I worked on a small team of 6-8 in which I helped prepare the meals. After food prep was completed, I would distribute four meals per shift. Upon arrival, I would give the elderly a warm welcome and initiate a conversation to see how their days were going and if they needed any other assistance.
