My professional career started with customer service and was customer-facing. I worked a summer job where I interacted with people on a daily basis. This is where I learned the basics for helping customers and making sure satisfaction was achieved.I finished up my college studies in English shortlyAs my career progressed, I transitioned to a local school district and spent five years as an evening custodian. While mainly working behind the scenes, I worked closely with teachers and local school administration on a daily basis. In that time, I was able to focus on my attention to detail and work ethic as I worked solely on my own nine out of twelve months of the year.I continued my career with the same school district, but transitioned to the IT Department for two years. Here, I built upon the repertoire that I created with the staff as a custodian and further worked towards now helping anyone that used technology: the students, teacher-staff, custodial-staff, and administration.After working IT with the school district, I received the opportunity to further my IT skillsBeing responsible for my own work ethic is very important to me. My objective is simple; To offer the best service possible, as well as exceed customers expectations, by always keeping in mind both the safety and satisfaction of our customers
