Hello,Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I have multiple years of experience in different industries. I have experience in logistics, account management, equipment operation, general management, customer service, and warehouse operations. I have many skills that I have acquired over the years. The most important one I would like to highlight is my ability to learn, understand, and execute. I am able to learn the aspects and processes of any job or assignment. I then make sure I understand these aspects fully and absolutely. I implement changes to any current processes efficiently. This allows me to execute my responsibilities with accuracy and speed. I am often told that I work well with any and everyone. I am able to communicate with coworkers and other departments with concise information that allows understanding on both sides, as well as solving any issues that arise. I am able to zoom in to details that need attention. I also have the ability to zoom out and look at everything as a big picture. This allows me to see new and more efficient ways of developing, or improving new processes.I am great at solving problems that are new, or arise in a stressful situation. I have management experience at multiple restaurants. I am excellent at managing people and molding them into the best they can be, even if they do not see it themselves. I am a strong believer in investing in your people. A little encouragement can go a long way. Of course, there are times when that is not an option. I have coached and disciplined team members that I was responsible for, and did so with professionalism and respect. I communicated the problems, what they needed to do in order to fix it, and the consequences of future infractions.
