I utilize Clippership to process domestic and international orders via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or LTL. I assist the Logistics Specialists and Logistics Supervisor with processing and labeling our freight so they can be easily identified. At the end of each day, I with the rest of my Logistics team will load freight onto their respective trucks.

Order Processing/Pulling PartsProcess domestic and international orders through LN to hand them off to the Logistics Clerk. When all orders were processed, I would turn my attention to pulling and packing parts that need to be shipped that day.Mobile/Industrial/Single PackDesign and prepare packaging on the spot for each specific customer utilizing the options provided in the manufacturing instructions. I used a sense of urgency to get large amounts of products packed and ready for shipping. I provided any training needed to new co-workers to get them up to speed.Windows PC environment using LN warehouse software. 5S

Shipping:Prepared products for internal and external customers.Customer Service – Picked, packed, and palletized customer orders using one piece flow to ensure orders were correct.Cabinet Prep - Fixed server cabinets to pallets, installed the appropriate door for the specific cabinet, applied protective packing material, then moved them to the shipping staging area.Chassis Pack – Picked and packed appropriate chassis according to customer orders.Daily 5S activities were performed along with quarterly Cycle Counts.

Physical and systemic receiving of inventory into the warehouse. Utilized a standup forklift when necessary to put away inventory into the warehouse racks. I coordinated with LTL drivers for timely pick-ups. Windows PC environment using FedEx, UPS, and LTL shipping software. (EFI Pace, Process Shipper)

Reverse Logistics: Erasure/DDRTV (Disc Drive Return to Vendor) Data was protected by erasing sensitive customer information from the hard drives. The team then proceeded to systemically breakdown the hard drives utilizing SAP. The drives were then physically broken down and packed according to the S.O.P. Afterwards the drives were palletized and sent back to the vendor. Any drives that were flagged for scrap were sent to the Degauss area. Erasure/DDR (Disc Drive Return)Data was protected by erasing sensitive customer information from the hard drives. Disc drives were checked for systemic flaws using SAP. Any disc drive protective case was replaced if any damage had occurred. After all drives were inspected and good to go, they were moved to the staging area to await customer orders from the floor.Disc drive pulls were sent to us via our parts request system. The team then systemically and physically moved the drives to the appropriate area that requested the order.Each area was a Windows PC environment. Daily 5S activities were performed along with quarterly Cycle Counts.
