With over 16 years of experience in human resources, I am a seasoned professional who has successfully led and implemented HR strategy and talent management initiatives for various organizations in the entertainment and hospitality industry. As the former in the Entertainment & Hospitality industry, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, training and development for over 1,200 employees across multiple venues. Additionally, supported executive leadership in driving organizational change and culture, while aligning HR policies and practices with business goals, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
