- Develop Python Scripts RPA to automate Business Processes and drive digital transformation.- Develop automated statistical reporting and reconciliation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerBI.- Working with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and provide support maintenance as well as enhancements.

- Process Flow Design Thinking and Development to minimise interventions- Developing scripts to Automate Processes- Developing Dashboard to present insightful information through Data Visualisation and Data Analysis- Debugging of scripts and enhancements to improve the script algorithm- Gathering of initial user requirements to study on the possibilities of automations- Conduct DevTest on the automations and scripts before proceeding to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase- Work along side with Users to debug and make changes to the scripts and automations during the UAT Phase

- Process Bill Adjustment and Suppression requests via CRM- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios for RPAs to simulate and ensure it conforms to the requirements.- Planning of automation projects timeline from requirements to development and delivery.- Reconciliation Process, KPI statistical reporting and sanity check on Bills.
