I am currently working as a production associate at Depuy synthes J&J whereby I contribute in the manufacture of medical devices that change peoples lives for the better all over the world.previously i worked as a production operator at CPI technology in an ISO-7 clean room environment and have previous experience as a warehouse supervisor and lead cidermaker with a certificate in eBioPharmaChem in progress. I have experience in the regulated food industry, bio-production industry, amd medical devices where I have demonstrated teamwork, people skills, organization skills, and communication with a strong work ethic and the ability to deal with responsibilities effectively and safely.CPI Technology is Ireland’s premier provider and integrator of specialized equipment and engineered skids for the complex bio-pharmaceutical process industry, Additionally, CPI’s Biotech division is where I contribute as a Cleanroom Production Operative, which pioneers cutting-edge bioprocess single-use technologies, single-use skid packages, and single-use assemblies.In my role as a warehouse supervisor at Tom Gavin Tiles & Flooring Ltd, I managed all aspects of warehouse activities, and inventory control including receiving, storing, preparing, and documenting products on computer systems. I also maintained warehouse maintenance and housekeeping and performed other duties as requested by management.During my tenor at Stonewell Cider as a cider maker, I was responsible for the full life cycle of cider production and the business. I operated, monitored, and documented pressing, fermentation, and filter machinery and equipment, following strict GMP, SOP, and HACCP procedures and quality control standards. I also arranged bottling slots, prepared cider for tanker upload, and prepared orders for distribution to main suppliers and customers. I am currently studying through GetReskilled, where I am learning about Bio-Pharmaceutical Chemistry, a field that combines biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical engineering. I am motivated to apply my past and present skills to a role that challenges me and allows me to grow and contribute to the industry.
