I was responsible for a portfolio of 12 Enterprise-sized clients, in some cases spanning multiple states. My duties included providing industry news/knowledge and documentation, assisting with any Support related issues, help with managing A/R and answering invoicing questions, and conducting meetings where I would give demonstrations on new product offerings. In addition, I met weekly with my clients to see if there was anything I could help with or provide. I would enter in potential sales leads into Hubspot and worked closely with our Sales team to generate revenue whenever possible. I kept my Executive team up to date through quarterly meetings as well as through an internal SharePoint where I would update client information weekly. I was a key escalation point for my clients any time issues arose and they could call me at any time for assistance.

I had a dedicated client base that I was responsible for, and I worked daily with them to resolve issues, answer questions, and acted as a liaison between the client and Development.
