CurrentResearch and Development: Implementation of new Product & Critical design improvements on the product line.Product Testing: Combustion, Temperature, Environment, & Destruction; tested in a Certified lab facility on site.Engineering Change Orders: Pilot runs, material, tolerance changes, new product, product improvement, and Dimension.Drafting: New product, design changes, & purchase parts (Solid Edge 5 - Solid modeling, sheet metal, Family of Parts, & Assembly layout including drafts: Managing CAD Department) reviewing and signing off drawings.Bill of Material: Creation, investigations, & changes implemented (Manage 2000 - insuring proper part usage and quantity: Managing Data Entry department) includes routings and cost analysis for subassemblies and finish goods.Production: Develop assembly procedures, manage mold manufacturing, improve floor plan, time studies and inventory locations. Instructions: Assembly procedure, conversion kits, & options available (Corel Draw - step by step instructions with detailed images: Managing Literature Department) includes all certifications standards and warning labels.
