I signed on to Dish Wireless Detroit as a Field Construction Manager, working in the field on construction standards, site safety, and General contractor relationships. Working to install the new Dish Wireless service I moved into the engineering side of things working with the team on the integration testing in Detroit.I have learned many new engineering skills during this process working with programs like PuttY, MOBAxTERM, and Cisco equipment during the integration process of building the new network.

Started with this family business when we opened the doors in August 2016 as the Lead Foreman with our first crew.Attained my TTT(Train the Trainer) certification through SafetyLMS in Competent Climber/Rescuer and Competent Rigger. As well as FACPR instructor for ProTrainings, Aerial lift/forklift instructor, and my NWSA TTT1 certification.As the company grew I moved into more of a Construction Manager/Safety Instructor role whole holding down position as Lead Foreman, personally training every employee.Experience including, relationships with TURF, scheduling site pick-ups, equipment drop offs, blueprint redlines/approvals/inspections, closeout coordination, site builds, training, certification management, material orders, MOP creation and presentation, etc..Worked extensively with BV/OCI in Detroit on the ATT 5G project, as well as T-Mobile, and various other carriers, and Tower companies building a relationship of quality and honesty. Parted way's with the company to explore new option's and challenges!

I started my Telecommunications career with Augusta Tower as a Green hand. After receiving my required tower and OSHA training, I quickly moved up from a green tower hand to a top hand spot before ending my time with Augusta to open a company with family. I worked on building out the LTE network in Michigan for ATT, and Verizon in Ohio. Which includes, removal and installation of antenna's, radio's, mount's, and other equipment related to telecommunications.Great team at Augusta Tower!

I worked at Pro Weld as a Bay Leader in the Assembly department. We assembled car part rack's, which included blue print knowledge, welding experience, and a commitment to working under deadlines and pressure from multiple department's.I acquired minor MIG welding experience here. Never certified, but I can operate the machine and get the job done well!
