Tfs Station System Svcs Manager
Current• Supervise and direct the system’s Station Asset Engineering employees in response to asset failures, failure scoping, project sponsorship, and asset-type malfunction trending and analysis.• Provide system-wide support activities to ensure compliance with NERC Reliability Standards, specifically including the execution of Mitigation Plan milestone tasks, and under the leadership of the P&C Asset Reliability and Compliance team• Ensure that a documented process exists to guide the creation of customer maintenance or capital agreements • Serve as “thought leader” and execution agent for Station system-wide process improvements, typically including LEAN initiatives, Achieving Excellence ideas, O&M Reduction opportunities, time-saving improvements, or identified work-execution efficiencies.
