HR BUSINESS PARTNER - I focus on the big picture of business performance while keeping my fingertips on each step of the people management process. Layering business goals with people insights result in fresh ways to engage employees and meet business priorities. This can include everything from facilitating global mergers to compensation plans to succession planning to recruiting. TALENT MANAGEMENT – Helping leaders lead, while growing people at all levels is a big piece of my responsibility. I coach leaders through organizational changes and periods of growth with transparency and a willingness to ask hard questions. At the same time, I evaluate strategies and employ tools to set the stage for all team members to achieve established goals, often using 360 feedback, interventions, coaching, and focus groups. DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION – As a strategic leader who analyzes data, studies theory, and fosters a workplace without barriers, I lead measurable, systemic, and sustainable change. Belonging is important and creates an environment where all employees find affinity and can grow. When DEI is business-led, it allows a rigor around it with short-term and long-term inventory and performance measures.
