Working as field-based scientific lead for population-based healthcare decision makers to facilitate scientific exchange on disease state management and the value of Sanofi Genzyme products, to provide insights to internal teams on key evidence gaps relevant to healthcare decision-makers, and to identify/facilitate research, education, and other collaborations. Also assists in providing medical leadership and expertise to sales, marketing, legal and regulatory functions for marketed products and compounds in development.

Led account management team in providing clinical support across Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Health Care Reform, and Commercial Health plan lines of business. Oversaw and supported key client core functions including developing and maintaining client relationships, new client implementation, RFP contract renewals, client quarterly financial reviews, rebate and financial model analysis, clinical program solutions, P&T committee, and other core clinical operational responsibilities. Maintaining and developing clinical strategies to improve overall health outcomes, analyze current drug trend, while providing members with cost effective medication choices.

Primary clinical support in launch of Medicare Part D programs across all Health Plan clients. Support in custom formulary submissions and maintenance, CMS audits, MTM support, and ensuring regulatory compliance with all CMS Part D regulations.

Evaluate clinical program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offered. Develop relationships with internal customers in clinical management to achieve successful implementation of new clinical programs programs
