His career trajectory at Lowe's Corporate Offices in Indianapolis is noteworthy, starting as an hourly associate and rapidly ascending to become the youngest Director of Operations for the Installation Service Department at the age of 32. In this role, he managed an organization of over 650 employees, including senior-level salaried leaders, and led a department generating $4.2 billion in annual revenue.Before his tenure at Lowe’s, Brandon began his professional journey in the healthcare industry in Venice, FL, before returning to Indianapolis to join Lowe's corporate team. His deep passion for business, real estate, and helping others achieve their goals is evident in his leadership approach, characterized by a strong lead-by-example work ethic, an unwavering commitment to professionalism and ethics, and a dedication to delivering a world-class experience.In 2023, Brandon embarked on new business ventures and currently practices real estate as an associate/broker in Southwest Florida and Central New Mexico.
