As a Member Services Associate my responsibilities included any task required or requested by the members. This includes tasks such as carrying the members’ bags from their vehicle to the driving range, cleaning of all golf carts at the end of the day, and consolidating the golf balls into the correct buckets on the driving range. Along with some very specific tasks, I also have the responsibility to ensure the members have everything they need to enjoy their visit. Lastly, Member Services Associates have the responsibility of maintaining the appearance of the facility while ensuring it is locked and secured after hours.
