• Design/Develop multiple emails based on brand guideline and campaigns using Lyris, Litmus and Adobe Dreamweaver to code, test and deploy emails• Inspect, test and create multiple website/PDFs for AODA compliance while fixing or debugging any errors using various tools such as Colour Analyst, PDF Accessibility Checker (PAC) and Wave tool • Provide analytics, track campaigns and test A/B approaches with Google Analytics and Litmus• Assist in designing and developing of CBA applications alongside our IT department• Work alongside the marketing team to establish and apply brand guidelines throughout the National and branch offices• Use project management tools such as YouTrack, Basecamp and Brandfolder to deploy assets, communicate and report issue with our branches across Canada• Design and maintain online forms and web banners• Work closely with other departments and branches to implement strategic approaches, campaigns, and update/design digital assets• Minor video editing and adding closed captioning plus multilingual subtitles to videos• Create a Web Assets guide for our communication team to help ensure all our dimensions and technical specs are met when designing digital assets• Develop training manuals for basic and advanced users for Kentico and provided training sessions with staff at both the National and Branch offices• Provide web and graphic support to the National and Branch office• Preformed extensive Q/A to debug and enhance new deployment/release packages and widgets that are used on web platforms• Migrate web content from old websites (National and Branch offices) to Kentico
