Lead web designer and web site developer. I wore a lot of hats and really enjoyed working at Avalaunch. I assisted in landing page design and development. I helped build the brand and help develop many brand assets.

I designed landing pages, email creatives, and website designs. I was in charge of developing and designing the company assets that would be driving organic business. Organic traffic requires a lot of content and originality so I also managed multiple content writers giving them directions in their writing and activity. I optimized HTML and CSS to load fast, be cross browser compatible, and SEO friendly. I did in house SEO along with working with external vendors for additional SEO support.

I manage setup and design of a majority of our clients websites. We focus a majority of our efforts using the Drupal platform. I take the concept and implement the look and functionality into Drupal using existing modules and XHTML and CSS.

I worked as a mentor/coach that helps people understand the necessary steps when setting up an online business. I took them from nothing to a profiting online business. I coached over the phone and managed about 40 clients at a time. I walked them through discovering a niche market, to building a web site and doing onsite optimization, to moving into marketing and doing offsite optimization, to helping them analyze their traffic and figure out what changes to make.I had a unique perspective on the online world and with my attention to detail and perfectionist nature I made sure I thoroughly understood how to do whatever I recommended. I gained a passion and almost an obsession with trying to find the best solutions for each individuals online business needs.

I worked in the home theater department as sales and also unloaded the trucks and upshelved stock. Great job while I was going to college.

This business was a family business. My father bought it from my grandfather and ran it for around 15 years. As the farming industry changed, so did the business. I worked in many areas of the business from sales, to service, and I even ran the parts department.A majority of my job was spent in the parts department finding parts and communicating with the customers. I learned a tremendous amount about running a business having the inside view of the business. I was also able to learn to deal with the toughest people.

Worked as a level one tech support agent. Managed basic Linux server issues. Worked with Red Hat Linux through a console to diagnose problems and assist and address issues as customer called in or submitted support tickets.

I worked as a talent/model scout part time and also helped scout cheer leaders in the Utah area for the Dallas Cowboys while I did this job. Great job as a single college student.

I served an LDS mission in the Tacoma Washington area for two years. I held multiple leadership positions. I also spent a lot of time in a sales like position going door to door and doing a lot of presentation. Developed essential leadership skills and communication skills.
