- Coordinate intercultural programming efforts and staff for the Office of Global Affairs- Serve as Building Captain for UCO International House, which facilitates over 20 student, staff/faculty, and community events per month- Oversee the budgets (over $143,500 annually) and operations of multiple international programming efforts - Evaluate foreign academic credentials and process applications for admission for students from nearly 100 countries- Serve as Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for university- Recruit prospective international students via in-person and digital presentations and communications- Represent the university by visiting new and current university partners in Mexico, China, South Korea, Russia, India- Contribute to development of student exchange programs in China, South Korea, Vietnam, Mexico, Brazil, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Norway- Assist with new student orientations, covering topics ranging from public transportation to visa compliance

- Awarded the NASPA Region IV-West Rising Star New Professional Award (2012)- Facilitate CGC’s local, global education programs, including Broncho Buddies, CRISP, Ignite, and MERGE- Lead and develop student employees focused on international programming (4 students per year)- Established Global Leader Ambassadors student leadership program- Provide leadership as Club Advisor to various student organizations: International Student Council, UCO Academic Team, International Christian Student Association, and Beta Upsilon Chi- Plan and manage an annual program budgets which draws from multiple funding sources- Provided leadership in the foundation of the UCO International House- Established UCO Academic Team, which in its inaugural season won a statewide university competition, resulting in $20,750 in scholarships for UCO students- Deliver university, departmental, and programming presentations to internal and external stakeholders (i.e. - local civic organizations, exchange partner universities overseas)

- Recruit new employees for various positions - Represent company on Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Greater Grads Summer Internship Program Committee (3 year committee member; 1 year day chair)- Co-lead (recruitment, development and implementation) internship programs involving industry and organizational environment, claims handling and workflow- Partner with multiple departments and department heads (Client Services, Compliance, IT, Talent Development) to coordinate procedural changes and education- Develop instructional documents (i.e. - training manuals for document processing application, manual defining fields within claims software, multiple documents outlining EDI [electronic data interchange] transmissions and scenarios)
